Concept for Oak Construction

Oak Construction: Builder's Hand

A builder's site told by hand. A cinematic walkthrough of Tidewater 3 leads into an engraved oak whose roots carry the company's story, then a drafting table where every phase of the process is drawn like an architect's sheet.

An illustrated cedar home among trees, titled “Built beyond code.”

Drawn at the drafting table.

The process reads like a set of sheets: each phase is an illustrated elevation with title blocks, sheet numbers and drafting details.

The walkthrough's last chapter, “Back to the garden,” an illustrated cedar house among the trees.“Four ways to work with Oak.” Service cards with illustrated homes on a paper background. The closing invitation, “Begin with a conversation,” set large on a warm paper background.
